Andrew at Evergreen State Towing is by far the best at what he does! We have a specialty car that sits low to the ground, and the driveway that it needed to be towed from had a pretty steep angle. Andrew took the time to get in and out of his tow truck at least 7 times to raise and lower the tow bar as he had to inch forward in order to not scrape our car on the driveway. He treated our vehicle as if it were his own, and we appreciated that because it's rare to find employees who care anymore about what they do. Cara and Brandon really bailed me out of a jam when I had to call AAA because of a busted wheel bearing on my truck after work. 36 mile tow home at the end of a 13 hour shift, they showed up very quickly, had me on the truck in minutes, and headed home to Rathdrum. AAA sent Moe from Evergreen State Towing to rescue my daughter and I, after hitting a small concrete wall, leaving my car un-drivable.
