Exceptional towing experience. Moe demonstrated top-tier professionalism today. He arrived promptly and worked quickly, but his true expertise showed when he handled our keyless Saab that was stuck without neutral. Despite the mechanical hurdle, he safely and precisely parked the vehicle exactly where I directed. His efficiency, punctuality, and fantastic attitude set him apart from the rest. Truly a phenomenal operator. I hope your company knows your value and pays you above and beyond the average tow operator!

Response from the owner:Hi Star D, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback about your recent experiences with Evergreen State Towing. It's great to hear that we were able to assist your friend during their lockout. Providing prompt and helpful service is something we always strive for. Regarding the towing incident, I understand that this situation has caused some confusion and frustration. It's important to note that as a towing company, we operate in accordance with the policies and guidelines set by apartment complex management. These policies can vary greatly between different complexes, and we are required to follow them as part of our service agreement. While we can't discuss specific details of the towing incident online due to privacy and policy reasons, we are more than willing to have a conversation over the phone with the person directly affected. This way, we can provide more personalized assistance and address any concerns they might have. If your friend would like to discuss this matter further, please encourage them to contact us directly. We're here to help and clarify any aspects of our service that may have caused any misunderstanding. Thank you once again for your review. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position and services.

The driver was nice to work with. He picked it up and dropped it off with no issue. From dispatch to drop off was maybe an hour, very reasonable.

I had a load shift on my trailer outside of Spokane. I called multiple companies and Evergreen State Towing was the only company with the right equipment and willing to respond right away. They were fast, friendly and affordable! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brandon and the team at Evergreen State Towing!

I had to use my triple Aaa today i left my lights on locked my vehicle in the battery died. They got here quick, they got into the vehicle quick, and the driver was very professional, very patient with the fact that he was having a hard time jumping. My battery due to security features on the vehicle he waited for at least twenty minute trying to do it , my husband showed up and was able to finish as he has had to jump it before and knows how to get passed the features of security. We used Evergreen through AAA and could not be happier. We did not wait long for a tow into Deer Park and they sent us messages with updates through the whole process.

Manny was incredibly professional, nice and helpful. I was kept in the loop on arrival time and he actually arrived much sooner than expected. This service was through AAA, however, I would not hesitate to call them directly for any towing needs in the future. Highly recommend.
